Green chili chutney

INGREDIENTS AND METHOD 

thick big green chilies 6 , roughly chop

heat 2 tbsp oil

crushed garlic  6 ,  add

green chilies chopped , add

small spicy green chilies 4-5, cover and cook till chilies soften and golden spots come

add coriander leaves  and curry leaves mix well

for the spice powder

roast chana dal 2 tbsp

urad dal 2 tbsp

cumin/ jeera 1 tsp

methi ¼ tsp

mustard seeds 1 tsp roast on low flame till golden brown powder  well

 

add this to the green chili, mix well, keep frying for 2-3 minutes on low flame till it is well mixed

cool and grind to a smooth paste

heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add

mustard seeds 1 tsp

urad dal 1 tsp

dry red chilies 2

curry leaves 1 sprig chopped

garlic 5 crushed, hing little

fry all well

add the ground paste, keep stirring till it turns dark and thicken and oil comes out
