INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
oil 3 tsp
chana dal 1 tbsp
urad dal 1 tbsp
jeera ½ tsp
dry red chilies 3
ginger 1” cut saute well
add beet cut 1 ½ cups
salt to taste, saute for 2 minutes
add water ½ cup, mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes
cool completely
add in the blender jar along with
coconut grated ½ cup
tamarind to taste
salt to taste
water ½ cup
grind to a smooth paste
add seasoning
oil 2 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1 tsp
dry red chili 1
curry leaves few
