Beetroot delight

 During the hot season, beetroot and curd are a perfect match to keep your body feeling light, and aid in digestion.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot
  • Curd
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Method

  • Boil beetroot.
  • Shred the boiled beetroot and mix with curd
  • Add seasoning to the same.
  • You can now use this as a topping over multigrain bread or have it with chapati or bread.
  • Tastes yummy and is healthy too.
