INGREDIENTS
jalapeno as needed, slit not totally till the narrow end, seeds removed with a spoon/knife
For stuffing
in a pan, heat some oil, add dry red chilies 2, cashews soaked 1 cup, onion 2 tbsp, garlic 2-3 pearls, jeera pdr, dhania pdr, turmeric pdr, salt to taste, once all are soft, remove from fire, cool. Grind to a smooth paste, add nutritional yeast ( instead of cheese) 2-3 tbsp, mix well.
Stuff the peppers with the above mixture and keep aside, coating with some rice flour well.
make a paste with little maida and 2 tsp corn flour and some nutritional yeast, with salt to a thick batter adding water.
Heat oil, once hot, reduce heat, dip the stuffed peppers in the batter and deep fry to a golden brown, drain and serve hot with some spicy-sweet chutney made with dried fruits with chili pdr, salt, and in apple cider vinegar.
