Vegan Sabudana mango dessert

 Soak the sabudana overnight in just enough water, drain the water in the morning,

In a pan, heat 1 cup coconut milk, add soaked sabudana 1 cup, along with 1/2 cup of water, keep stirring on and off, so that it doesn't stick to the bottom. In case it is too thick, add little more coconut milk/ water.

Once the sabudana is cooked and transparent, add sugar to taste, mix well, add some cardamom pdr

Add mango puree 1 cup, mix well, let it cool to serve in a glass in the way you want.
