Katta-meeta aam panna

 INGREDIENTS

 
raw mango piece boiled - 2 cups

 ripe mango cut -2 cups

rock salt 1/4 tsp

amchur pdr 1/2 tsp

jeera pdr 1/2 tsp

honey 3 tbsp

green chili 1 tsp

ginger chopped 1 "

raisins 1 tbsp

dried methi leaves crushed 1 tsp

dried mint leaves 1 tsp


METHOD
in a blender add the mango pieces along with green chili and ginger well

then add little water, ad the dried leaves, amchur pdr, jeera pdr, raisins, rock salt, blend well

In the serving glass, add honey rotating it, sprinkle little dried mint n methi leaves

pour the panna, decorate with ripe and raw mango pieces, mint leaf, jeera pdr and serve.

It will be a thick juice, at room temperature to refresh during the summer.
