Pudina/Mint is a refreshing herb which must be consumed, especially in summers. But using it instantly in requisite recipes is time consuming and messy.
So why not to prepare a kind of Masala Powder which can be used instantly!!
Ingredients
Mint leaves 500 gm/ 5 bunches
Black salt ¼ cu[
Black pepper whole 1 ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds dry roasted 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp

Rinse the stems under running water so well that there remains no impurities.
Place the stems at some shadowed place so that they turn dry. It will take 1-2 days.
Thereafter, when the stems turn completely dry, remove their leaves just by scrubbing the stems between the palms.
Take a blender, add all the ingredients and blend to a smooth powder.
It can be mixed with hot rice and ghee to make a nice masala rice.
NOTE- As a substitute of whole black pepper, pepper pdr can be added.
