Ragi Banana bread

Normally we bake banana bread with all purpose flour. Today for a change, I did it with a very, healthy ragi flour- it is rich in calcium and iron, using some coconut oil along with mashed banana and sugar, added 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp of baking pdr, vanilla, at last before pouring in the baking dish, felt that it will be better off adding little milk, along with some raisins, sunflower seeds.

I microwaved for 8 minutes, it came out well. Since the 2 bananas were ripe today and I had some ripe and mashed banana with sugar in the fridge, thought it better to use it and  bake, as it can be had with afternoon tea for me.
