Ingredients
aloe vera gel boiled 1 cup
oil 2 tbsp
jeera 1 tsp
hing little
green chilies chopped 2-3
onion 1 finely chopped
turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
coriander pdr 1 tsp
jeera pdr 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
water as needed
coriander leaves for garnishing 1 tbsp
coconut milk 2 -3 tbsp
Method
in a kadai heat oil, add jeera, hing, green chilies, fry
add onion little salt to fry well till light brown, add the dry masala pdr, fry well
add enough water, add the aloe vera gel, salt to taste, mix well
cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes
add little coriander leaves, mix well
remove, garnish with remaining coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/ rice.
