INGREDIENTS
rava/ suji 2 cups
curd 1 cup
water 1 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
Eno fruit salt 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
METHOD
in a bowl, add rava
beat curd well with water, then add to the rava along with salt mix well
let it rest for 10 minutes
check for the consistency, if too thick, add little more water and Eno fruit salt and baking soda, beat well for 3-5 minutes
then pour the batter in greased idli molds, steam for 10 minutes
serve hot chutney and sambar and milagai podi.
