A simple traditional recipe for chewy
peanut butter cookies. This recipe does not require flour and is perfect
for people with a gluten sensitivity.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is consistent.
Roll 1-inch balls from the mixture, put them on a greased pan and
gently press them.
Bake for 12 minutes.
