The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook. Mango & Beans Salad with Muesli Nuts

Method
Chop the red and green capsicum, carrot, onion, mango and keep aside.
Take a bowl and mix lime juice, salt,
black pepper, sugar, olive oil and peanut butter. Whisk it nicely.
Put all the diced ingredients in a big bowl and add baked beans to it.
Pour the whisked ingredients and toss it well with 2 spoons.
Lastly, add muesli nuts to feel the
crunchiness of salad. Garnish it with roasted crushed peanuts.
