Egg-less chocolate bread pudding

 INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATIONS

Bread slices 4 cut into small piece

Sugar ½ cup

Cocoa pdr ¼ cup

Milk 2 cups

Put all in a mixer jar to powder to a smooth paste

Pour it in a pan/ kadai, keep stirring, let it boil

Add chocolate pdr  ¼ cup

Let the chocolate melt and the mixture thickens

In 2 tbsp water add agar agar 2 tsp, mix well

Add to the mixture, cook for 5 minutes

Add vanilla essence ½ tsp, mix well, stir for a minute

Pour into a 6” bread pan greased well, put a butter paper down

Tap well to remove air, cool and keep in the fridge for 2 hours

You may sprinkle some chopped nuts on top before cooling it

Cut into pieces and enjoy with your tea/ coffee.
