INGREDIENTS and METHOD
Cut potatoes into small pieces, wash well, boil water, add potatoes to it, cook for 5 minutes till potatoes are cooked, strain the water, mash the potatoes well
Add cornflour 1 cup, knead well, then add 2 tsp of water, mix well to get a soft dough
take small balls, dust some flour on fork, put the ball , roll it flat, then push it to get a nice curl shape.
Boil a liter of water, add the prepared tolled curls, needs to cook for 3-4 minutes
Once the curls come up, strain and put them in cold water for 2 minutes, strain n keep aside
In a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic, ginger chopped, fry well, add 1 small onion chopped, along with green chilies to taste and some capsicum pieces, salt
Add soya sauce, ketchup, red chili sauce, roasted white til, add the cooked pieces, mix well
