Bread pudding without oven

 INGREDIENTS AND METHOD

Sugar  ¼ cup in kadai, caramelize it in medium flame, then pour in a mold.

Spread some black raisins over the sugar

Beat 2 eggs with sugar 3 tbsp +  vanilla essence 1 tsp

Add milk 1 ½ cups, whisk it all well +

3 Bread slices cut into small pieces ( don’t remove crust)

Add to the milk mixture along with some raisins and nuts

Steam it on medium flame for 25-30 minutes

Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours,

Turn it over on a plate, cut into slices and serve.
