Ingredients
chana dal soaked for 3-4 hours, drain and grind with
ginger 1 tbsp chopped
green chilies 3-4 as per taste
hing little
salt to taste
turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp
grind all without water, as this is the stuffing
put the stuffing a bowl
oil for frying
For bhature
maida / atta or both mixed together 2 cups
salt to taste, and oil
ajwain 1 tsp crushed
hing little
curd 2 tbsp
make a tight dough using just enough water, rest the dough for 15 minutes, covered.
Take a big lemon size ball, put the stuffing inside, cover well and roll into thick puris
fry in medium hot oil till golden and crisp, drain
serve with some chutney, pickle and curd
