Ingredients and Method
Besan 1 ½ cups sieve well
Suji fine- ½ cup, mix both well
Sugar 1 cup + 3 elaichi pdr well
in a heavy pan add semi liquid ghee ¾ cup, add besan mixture, fry in low flame till ghee releases and the mixture becomes liquidy, add pdr sugar, mix well, cook in low flame, once the mixture comes together and looks like dough, it means it is ready to spread in a greased plate, spread some chopped nuts on top, lightly press it down.
Let it set for about 2 hours, then cut into desired shape.
