INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Cashew 1 cup / 100 gm pdr it add
Ghee ½ cup and mix both well
In a pan/ kadai heat water ½ cup with
Sugar 1 cup / 200 gm
Syrup 1 string, add cashew mixture, cook for 3-4 minutes once it bubbles all over
Heat ghee 300/400 gm, keep adding ghee little at a time, keep stirring in low flame
Ghee 1 cup
Once it bubbles and dry and crumbly, pour in a greased plate or tin
Sprinkle nuts on top, after 2 minutes cut into pieces
Once it cools, ghee would have got absorbed, you can take out the pieces.
