A quick snack -cheese stuffed potato cutlets

INGREDIENTS AND METHOD

Potato 1 big cooked, peel, once cool and mash well , add

Onion 1 finely chopped

Green chilies to taste chopped

Ginger 1”  chopped

Lime juice ½

Turmeric pdr ¼ tsp

Jeera 1 tsp

Chaat masala 1 tsp

Jeera pdr ½ tsp

Garam masala ¼ tsp

Coriander leaves chopped  2 tbsp

Mix all well and let it rest for 5 minutes

Bread slices  5,cut small pieces, make coarse bread crumbs

Add crumbs to potato mixture , salt, mix well -rest for 5 minutes

Atta 1 cup add little salt, chili flakes little, hing, coriander leaves 1 tbsp, oil 1 tsp, mix all well

Add 1 tbsp white til / kalonji, add water to make medium thick batter, rest batter for 5 minutes

Roast a garlic over gas poking with knife, roast a small onion also over fire

peel the garlic pods, onion, chop roughly add to mixer jar

Grind with salt, hing, chaat masala, jeera little, saunf little, make a coarse paste, add chili pdr

Heat oil 1 tbsp  , ½ tsp jeera, crackle, add onion paste,haldi little, chili pdr little, mix well. Cook it. Serve as chutney.

Processed Cheese  cube 1, cut into small pieces.

Oil your palms, take small ball of potato mixture, flatten, keep a piece of cheese, cover well

Coat the stuffings in batter,  shallow fry in hot oil, use a fork to put in oil

Fry in medium oil till golden brown, drain well, serve with prepared chutney, tomato chutney or whatever chutney you prefer.
