Crispy Rice flour rings

 INGREDIENTS and METHOD

 Boil Water 1 cup-  - add

Salt ½ tsp

Chili pdr  ½ tsp

Turmeric pdr ¼ tsp

Cumin/ jeera  ½ tsp

Oil  1 tsp

Mix all well, add to the boiling water

Rice flour  ½ cup

Suji/ semolina  ¼ cup 

Mix all well, till it all comes together as a dough

Cover for 5 minutes

Once cool, oil your palm and knead the dough well

Take a small marble size ball, roll it long, join the ends together to form a circle

Fry in medium hot oil till brown and crisp, drain and remove. \cool and store.
