Ingredients:
Mango - 1 cup (peeled and cubed)
Cucumber - 1 1/2 cups (cubed)
Red onion - 1/3 cup (roughly diced)
Coriander - 1/4 cup (diced)
Lime juice - 1 lime (can use lemon)
Black pepper - to taste
salt - to taste
Method of Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl saving the lime juice for last.
