Ingredients
gulab jamun premix/ readymix
water as needed both to make batter and for syrup
sugar as instructed in the packet
ghee/ oil for frying malpua
nuts for garnishing
Method
mix the readymix/ premix to make medium thick batter, rest for 15 minutes
heat oil / ghee, put ladleful of batter to make malpua, fry on medium flame till golden on both sides
strain it well, dip in prepared warm sugar syrup for 3-4 minutes, serve garnished with chopped nuts, enjoy it hot/ warm.
