Eggless Kesar Tea Time Cake

Ingredients

For the Cake Batter: 

 Oil: 1/4 cup

Sugar: 1/2 cup

Maida: 1 cup

Baking Pdr: 1 tsp

Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp

Milk: 1/2 cup

Kesar Milk: 1 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tsp

 Instructions to bake the cake

 Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
In a bowl, mix oil and sugar until well combined.
Add maida, baking powder, and baking soda to the mixture.
Pour in milk, kesar milk, and vinegar. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool.

For Kesar Milk Soaking:

Milk: 1/2 cup
Kesar Strands: 4-5
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Dry Fruits: 2 tbsp

Instructions for kesar milk
Boil milk, kesar strands, sugar, and dry fruits for 5 minutes.
Spread the warm kesar milk over the cooled cake.
Slice and enjoy your delicious Kesar Malai Cake!
