Ingredients:
1 cup semolina (suji)
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
Sliced pistachios or nuts of your choice for garnishing (optional)
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a bowl, combine semolina, milk powder, sugar, yogurt, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder, and salt.
Mix well until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Garnish with sliced pistachios, if using.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
