Malai Rava Ladoos

 INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATIONS

 measurements 1/4 cup= 3 tbsp

Heat kadai

Ghee 3 tbsp= ¼ cup

Fry nuts, not dark brown, then add raisins once it puffs up, remove

Add suji 1 cup in ghee, colour shouldn’t become brown, fry on low flame stirring continuously. Add

Desiccated coconut 3 tbsp in roasted suji, roast lightly

Add 1 cup/ less pdr sugar, mix well for 2-4 minutes

Add cream (optional) 2 tbsp and milk  3 tbsp / ¼ cup

Once mixed well and thick, add cardamom pdr ½ tsp

It will come together as a mass, leaving the sides, remove cool on a plate

Once cool after 5 minutes, mix the rava mixture well

Add roasted nuts, make ladoos.

These ladoos need   to be stored in the fridge. The colour of the ladoos shouldn't be brown, off -white.
