Panchdari laddu ( made with 5 flours)

 Ingredients and Method

Rava ¼ cup

Atta  ¼ cup

Rice flr  ¼ cup

Besan  ¼ cup

Moong dal atta  ¼ cup

Khoya  250 gm

Pdr sugar  1 ¼ cup

Mix all the flours well in a big bowl add ghee ¼ cup + ¼ cup milk

Mix all well, moin should come, crumbly texture

In a pan fry khoya well

In a big kadai add  ½ cup ghee, put all the flours fry in low flame stirring, fry till colour changes and it becomes light liquid- takes about 25 minutes, add nuts now- fry for 2 minutes well, add khoya, fry well, colour turns brown another 2-3 minutes

Cool in a big plate, cool, add cardamom and nutmeg pdr, mix well.

once cool add the pdr sugar, mix well, in case you can't make laddu, add little ghee, mix well.
