Peas chessey cutlets

 INGREDIENTS

green peas blanched and crushed   1 cup

potatoes boiled and mashed  1/2 cup

salt to taste

green chilies finely chopped 2-3 as per taste

chaat masala pdr  1 tsp

roasted jeera pdr 1 tsp

corn flour 3-4 tbsp to bind

cheese cubes cut into small pieces to stuff in between

oil+ butter for shallow frying


METHOD

in a big bowl, add peas, potatoes salt, green chilies chaat masala, jeera pdr mix well, then add corn starch as needed to make a non-sticky dough

roll the dough in small balls, make small round, put a small piece of cheese in the center, carefully cover well from all sides, you may shape them round and flat or square, rectangle or triangle or each a different shape.

shallow fry them in medium hot oil till crisp on both sides, serve hot with some dip or sauce/ chutney.
