Ingredients:
Eggs: 3 large
Sugar: 200 grams
Butter: 200 grams
Milk: 120 ml
All-purpose flour: 200 grams
Almond flour: 100 grams
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Cardamom pdr: 1 tsp
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Ground pistachios: 150 grams
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and ground cardamom.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the ground pistachios.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
