Cheesy corn tarts

    

Ingredients

1/3 tsp corn

Method

In a small bowl, combine cornflour and 1 tbsp. of milk. Mix well without any lumps. Keep it aside.
Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add boiled sweet corn kernels and sauté on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
Add the remaining milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Stir occasionally.
Add the cheese slices, olives, jalapenos and cherry tomatoes. Cook the mixture on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the chopped basil, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Stir occasionally.
Finally add the cornflour-milk mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Proceed with tarts filling
Place the tart on a dry surface. Scoop a portion of the cheesy corn mixture and spread evenly in the tart.
Repeat step 1 the same for all 4 tarts.
Serve immediately garnished with basil leaves. (optional)
Note- you can make your own tarts by baking it at home.
