Moong dal pizza

 INGREDIENTS AND METHOD

Wash and soak moong dal 1 cup, soak for 2 hours

Grind along with ginger and green chilies adding 3-4 tbsp water

Add salt and coriander leaves chopped, mix well

If batter is thick, use the soaked water to get the consistency

Add baking soda 1 tsp, mix well, the batter will be light and fluffy

 

Veges- onion, capsicum, corn, olives etc in a bowl

Grease tawa, make small pizza, cook covered, then turn it

Spread pizza sauce on top, spread some vegges, salt and pizza seasoning

Spread grated Mozarella cheese and place some olives chopped on top, cook it covered

Cook on medium flame for 3 minutes till the cheese melts
