1 cup refined flr 1cup corn flr salt to taste chili pdr to taste bread crumbs to coat
oil to fry onion sliced into thick rings, carefully separating each ring water
Mix the flours well with salt & chili pdr to a thick batter with enough water.
carefully dip each ring in the batter with a fork, then lift it, put it in the plate or bowl of breadcrumbs to coat it well, remove with the fork, so excess crumbs fall off & deep fry in hot oil preferably one at a time, as they get browned quickly if the oil is too hot.
ps- this combination of refined flr & corn flr if used for pakoras also, then like the onion rings, pakoras will remain crisp for long !
