Pineapple pachady

pineapple slices cubed
turmeric & red chili pdr a pinch each

grind
coocnut 2 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
green chilies 2-3

seasoning
mustard seeds 1 tsp
curry leaves
salt
red grapes
jaggery syrup 1 sp

method
boil the pineapple slices with the syrup in a little water with turmeric, salt & red chili pdr, a pinch each.
grind the coconut with rest of the ingredients, add to the boiling pineapple slices, let it boil well for 3-4 minutes.
season with mustard seeds, curry leaves.
add little jaggery syrup if the pineapple is not too sweet, toss in red grapes before transferring to a serving bowl.
serve hot with rice & other accompaniments.
