Ingredients
- 6 crisp, tart apples, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Method
- In a large skillet (12" minimum), heat up pan and butter.
- Add apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Fry apples for about 5-15 minutes, frequently flipping ingredients to cook evenly.
