Easy Green Salad


Ingredients

  • two 3 1/2-oz. boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
  • one 16-oz. container sour cream
  • 1/2 C. chopped nuts
  • one 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 C. flaked coconut

Directions

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl; mix until thoroughly blended. Pour into serving dish and refrigerate until chilled.
