Potato-peanut vege
Potatoes 1 kg
Green chilies 4
Ginger 2”, grind with some tamarind, garlic & red
chilies.
Fried peanuts ¼ kg
Sugar 4 tsp
Lime 1
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Ghee 1 ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces.
Heat ghee, add cumin, then the potatoes, little water for it
to cook, keep it covered.
Remove the skin of the peanuts, grind it evenly, add to the
potatoes.
Add the ginger chutney, sugar, salt, lime juice & mix
well.
