Sabudana vadam
Sabudana 1 kg
Green chilies 10
Lime 3
Salt to taste
Hing ¼ tsp
Soak sabudana overnight. Next morning, grind sabudana with
salt, chilies & hing. It should be thick batter.
Add lime juice, mix well. Put in a press to get your desired
shape, press those shapes in thick clean plastic sheets, sun dry for 3-4 days.
Store in air-tight container, deep fry in hot oil as & when required.
