Curry leaf powder


Curry leaf powder

Red chilies a handful;
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Udad dal 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 5 cups
Tamarind 2 tbsp
Salt  to taste.

Method
 Dry  roast chilies, coriander seeds, cumin, dal & remove.
Wash curry leaves well  dry them in sun well before hand.
Then grind all together with tamarind & salt to taste.
This powder will last long & it is good for stomach upset.

Ps- if mixed with tamarind juice & boiled, then it becomes ‘ karugapillai vathak kulambu’.
