Potato thengulal
Potatoes 250 gm
Udad dal roasted & powdered 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 10 gm
Oil to fry
Method
Boil & peel the potatoes, grind it to a thick paste, add
udad dal pdr, salt, ghee. Make a dough, put it in the thengulal press &
deep fry in hot oil. Remove it once it turns light golden. Cool & store it
in air tight containers.
