Bananas 6 big
Green chilies 6
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Salt
Hing ¼ tsp
Cook the bananas with the skin. When they’re still warm,
peel them & grind with chilies, salt
& hing.
Take a clean plastic sheet, smear little oil in the sheet, take
small balls of the banana mixture, flatten it with your fingers by rubbing
little oil in your hand. Dry these well in the sun for 3-4 days. Store them in
air-tight container. Deep fry in hot oil or cook over flame as & when you
want.
