Healthy parantha

For this parantha, any left over dal/ kuttu, i.e., vegetable with gravy one cup, grind with 1 small onion & green chilies to taste, or you can add chili pdr. to taste. Mix this with wheat flour as required with salt to taste , make dough without adding water. Make paranthas the normal way.

ps- this goes well with tomato chutney.

This is not only healthy, also helps you to finish the left over food in a healthy way !
