Instant Ras Malai


Instant Ras Malai

Sugar 1 ½ cups
milk 1 ½ l.
Milk pdr 1 cup
Baking pdr 1 ½ tsp
Egg 1
Cream 1 cup
Almonds few

Method
Boil milk, add sugar & thicken to ½ the quantity, keep aside.
Mix milk pdr & baking pdr.
Break the egg in this mixture, knead lightly to make a dough with wet hands.
Make small balls & flatten them slightly with palm.
Now keep the thickened milk on slow fire & put the small balls into it.
Let them cook for 10 minutes, remove & cool.
Add beaten cream & sprinkle pieces of almonds & serve chilled.
