Ingredients
- 1 pkg. sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 C. boiling water
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 C. mini marshmallows
- 1 8 oz. container sugar-free Cool Whip
Directions
Blend pudding mix and water. Add pineapple (do not drain juices) and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly blended. Chill for at least one hour.
