Cocoa pan ducheese


Cocoa pan ducheese

Groundnuts 200 gm                                  potatoes 2 big
Sugar 1 cup                                              baking pdr ¼ tsp
Butter ¾ cup                                             milk pdr 2 tbsp
Eggs 2                                                       ghee 1cup
Refined flr 1 cup                                     cocoa pdr 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp


Roast groundnuts. Skin & break into small pieces.
Boil potatoes, peel skin & mash it nicely to a smooth paste.
Cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
Add essence, cocoa pdr, flour & baking pdr with it.
Make a paste of milk pdr with 4 spoons of water, add to the eggs.
Prepare dough with the mixture of dropping consistency.
Grease a pan & pour the mixture in it.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20-25 minutes.
Turn off & cool , cut & serve.
