Curd rasraj


Curd rasraj

 For Masala curdgar
Curds 3 cups
Garam masala ½ tsp
Cumin pdr ½ tsp
Chili pdr ½ tsp salt

Rasraj
Onion 1 small minced
Green chilies 3 chopped fine
Ginger ½ “ chopped
Cumin pdr 1 tsp
Coriander pdr 1 tsp
Salt
Gram flr ( besan) 1 cup
Oil to deep fry

Method
Mix all ingredients for curd & keep aside.
Mix all ingredients for rasraj with 1 cup of water, cook on a slow fire till it forms a thick paste like dough.
Remove & cool, form into balls.
Deep fry, immerse in curd mixture, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
