Maida vadai
Maida 1 cup
Curds ¾ cup
Onions 2 chopped
Ginger 1” chopped
Green chilies 4 chopped
Curry leaves cut
Flaked coconut 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Hing ¼ tsp
Oil to fry
Method
Mix all the ingredients/
Heat oil, drop spoonfuls of the mixture in hot oil on a slow
fire till well browned.
Drain on a paper & serve hot with coconut chutney.
