Coffee Mug Chocolate Cake


Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs. plain flour
  • 4 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 Tbs. baking cocoa (Hershey's)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 3 Tbs. oil
  • 3 Tbs. chocolate chips (optional)
  • Small splash vanilla

Directions


Add dry ingredients to regular size coffee mug and mix well with a fork. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and continue to mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again.
Put mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake might rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. Pour chocolate syrup over warm cake.
