mustard seeds 1 tsp
coconut oil 1 tsp

MEthod
boil the yam , chickpeas & raw bananas in a pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
grind the coconut & mix with the vegetables
make seasoning, roast coconut , add salt, mix all well, serve hot with rice.
