Onion toast



Onion toast
Bread slices 8
Refined flr 200 gm
Egg 1
Salt, chili pdr to taste
Turmeric pdr ¼ tsp
Onion 2

Sieve together flour, the powders. Add the egg to this, make a batter like for idli with 100 ml water. Dip the slices in it, cut onion in round slices & keep it on the dipped side, deep dry in hot oil. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
