Ragi lassi good for PCOD

INGREDIENTS

ragi flour  2 tbsp

water  1 cup

plain curd  1 cup

jeera pdr roasted 1 tsp

salt to taste

ginger pdr ¼ tsp

green chili 1

 

Method

roast ragi flour

mix water adding little at a time and whisking well to avoid lumps

cook the mixture on medium heat stirring continuously till it thickens about 5-7 minutes.

Remove  from the gas. Let it cool well covering with a lid.

In a blender jar add the cooked ragi, curd, jeera powder, ginger pdr and green chili chopped fine along with salt.

Once well blended, pour it in a glass, add finely chopped mint leaves and serve with ice, if need be.
