Baby corn vege

baby corn 250 gm            Onion 1 big                        tomatoes 3                           potato 1
green chilies 2                 ginger 1/2"                           garlic 4 pearls                     oil 1 tbsp
salt                                chili pdr 1/2 tsp                    cumin seeds 1 tsp

Method
1) In a heavy pan, add oil, fry cumin, add finely cut ginger & garlic, fry well
2) Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, fry for few minutes
3) Add finely chopped potatoes & chopped corn, salt & chili pdr to taste.
4) Sprinkle some water, cover & cook in low flame, turning after few minutes to check if done for if more water needs to be added for corn & potato to cook. ( don't add too much water unless you like it like a gravy).
5) Once all are cooked , remove from fire, sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves, serve hot with rice, roti or bread.
